Where to find honor heirlooms

I tried google searching and it's like the item never existed. What happened to it? Comment by Pietrovitch Hello! I've started wow this month, I have a characters lvl 50 and want to lvl up other characters with heirlooms, but for some reason some of them aren't appearing for me in the guild vendors even tho I'm at the highest reputation level.

The only armor pieces that appear to me are head pieces and leg pieces Am I missing something? Why the rest of the sets dont appear to me?
