Develops cost estimates and budgets; tracks and manages project costs for all projects. Responsible for supervision of Project Managers and external consultants in all phases of the project. Monitors and coordinates the activities of all consultants and contractors on assigned projects. Directs project management staff to meet CHOP capital project goals and objectives.
