How long does the wild technique take

Okay okay, now that you entered your dream, it's not finished. Don't get to excited. This might result in you waking up. So keep calm. Stabilize the dream! To do this, perform some of reality checks, or simply affirm to stabilize the dream. Okay, don't freak out. You might get sleep paralysis while trying this technique, but believe me, there is nothing to be afraid of. Instead of freaking out about the thing that you got sleep paralysis, use it for your own good. You can still try inducing lucid dreams, or better, try to shift!

Here is a post I made about sleep paralysis. I can't stress this enough, do not fear sleep paralysis, or freak out once u get it, use it for your own good. It's literally the entrance of your dream. Remember to be totally relaxed, as this makes your brain think that you are asleep. If you lose your awareness, by simply falling asleep, then you will miss the change to lucid dream. Be patient! When I first induced a lucid dream with this technique, I didn't even know I used this technique.

I sometimes randomly wake up at am, and one night I just woke up and decided to go back to sleep since I was still feeling tired. That time I decided to sleep on my back, and just relax. Not with your hands on your chest, but rather just try and feel it beating through your chest. You can feel it if you pay attention.

Now try to lower it. If you are able to do this, lower it to a relaxed rate. This is important for the later stages. Just a plain ring in front of you. When you can see that circle, make it clearer. Now make it disappear. Get the circle back, and keep bringing shapes up this way and get good at thinking about a shape and then seeing it in front of you.

Spin the circle round. You need to do less and less, and are now just seeing it create itself. Decide on a basic setting for the dream, such as a forest or an island, something easy with not a lot of movement, just the waves and the trees swaying in the breeze. Now you start to put yourself and your awareness into that environment. Now see if you can look down, do you see your feet?

Feel the temperature, and listen for the sounds in the background. That was the hard part. The next step is the easiest of all and it takes you to lucid dreaming within 5 to 20 seconds after initiating it. While watching the images you'll notice that they're getting more and more brighter and clearer. At some point you'll notice an image that has more detail on it.

Focus on the part of the image that has the most detail and keep focusing on it. If the image changes in the meantime that's okay. The next one will also have more details so focus there.

Once there you'll realize without a doubt that you're into a lucid dream. Beginners are very likely to feel overexcited and the mind will zap them back into their body so they'll have to start over again.

That's normal and it can be avoided by trying to be calm. Even if it takes a few tries you'll get there so don't worry about it and don't get frustrated.

The best thing once inside a lucid dream is to start thinking right away what you want to do - go to a specific place, see specific people, do stuff - flying like superman, robbing a train, have sex with whoever you want, anything like Neo in the matrix. Whatever you say you want it'll happen. You'll instantly notice how things are improving! You can say it several times if needed.

That's it! Enjoy and do whatever you want! If you're curious about what else you can do, just spend a couple more minutes reading below. You only need to watch videos 2, 3 and 4 for a total of 25 minutes if you just want to listen to the instructions above. However the author of the method is giving very interesting information in the rest of the videos so I suggest watching them all. I'm not the author and I do not need to credit myself for the wonderful work of others so enjoy and happy travels!
